On TrueGhostTales.com we have been having a lot of discussions regarding the reality of Vampires. Here is what Raven has to say about it:
Everyone wanted my side of the whole conversation... so here we go. I'm only 15 years young, but my kind grows extremely slow. As far as beauty, (and I'm not trying to brag please don't take it that way) I always catch a glaze with any human, women, men and even children. I am not pale. I am a light brownish color (just trying to prove there are more than white vampires). My canines are larger than normal (of course) and I usually do not smile for I will show my teeth.
I always wear sunglasses outside unless its a rainy day and the sun is hidden. My eyes change colors, ever noticed how dark dark chocolate is? Well that's the color of them right now, and when I'm hungry they get as light as milk chocolate. Oh I forgot to mention I have a light blue ring around my eyes, cool huh, and my pupils are always enlarged. Hmm what is left? Oh yes, I have a lot of energy except for when I wake.
That's all I have.

Raven, you sound like such a cute girl, but I think you maybe convincing yourself of things that aren't real, me too I have all the symptoms that you described, except my eyes are green and change to dark green, also the sun bothers my eyes, and I am whiter than they come! Take care, I think you'll outgrow this stage!

ReplyDeleteRaven, all that you just described doesn't convince me that you're a Vampire. My eyes also change color. I have (Hazel Eyes) and Hazel Eyes change color. My eyes turn from light brown to bright green. I'm also considered very beautiful, at age 21, and people, both male and female stare at me as well. Sometimes I even stop trafic. My skin is also a lovelt copper/tan color, from the sun. The sun, at times, hurts my eyes too, so at those times I wear sunglasses. The dark circles around your eyes, could be caused from lack of sleep. It does sound like you are going through a "phase" and you'll grow out of it! There's nothing that you have described here, that proves you are a Vampire.

wow baby rachel, dark circles around my eyes? I said no such thing about that. I have a blue ring around that colored part of my eye not around my eye.....and plus you sound like you're bragging about your beauty. Stopping traffic? wow. And this is only a little bit of my description thank you very much. I totally said if you wanted to know more to tell me!!!
ReplyDeleteRaven-I'm sorry but u haven't described anything that proves your a vampire. A lot of us are attractive people with sensitivity to sun light( our eyes) who dosent. I thought u were at least going to describe things the way Xavier had, still not entirely believable but more credible than your explanation.

I suggest that you read your own post again, or get your story straight! Because, yes, you did indeed say that you have a "light blue ring AROUND your eyes" Here is exactly what you said "I have a light blue ring around my eyes, cool huh, and my pupils are always enlarged."
Again, I state a "light blue ring" around one's eyes, or another name for it is called "dark circles" can be caused from a "lack of sleep". And as far as bragging about my beauty Raven, I'm just only stating a fact, as you said you were doing. There's no need to brag. So, if you're saying that you are beautiful, you're not bragging, but if I say that I'm beautiful, then I'm bragging? Is that what you're implying Raven? My point is, that simply because you're beautiful, or just because your eyes have light blue rings around them, or because you like to wear sunglasses when the sun is shining, or because you have a lot of energy, is not a sign that you're a vampire! Also, there's no need for you to over-react or to get all upset, simply because I do not agree that what you are saying proves you're a vampire.
Girl you have a sharp tongue on you! So sharp it could cut mutton! You should learn to curb and control your anger. This Site is public, and it's for people to comment on each other's posts. Everyone is not gonna agree with you. If you don't care to hear my opinion on the matter, then why post it here?
I still say that NOTHING you have said proves you're a vampire!

This statement makes no sense at all Raven! Simply because your canines are larger than normal, that is no reason not to smile! People can SMILE with there mouths closed tightly shut. I do it all the time! Try it for yourself! And another thing, if you're scared to SMILE, in fear of showing your pearly whites, then I truly do pity you, because, if that's the case, then you must also never LAUGH or not even TALK, or even YAWN for that matter. Because one thing is for certain, LAUGHING or TALKING or YAWNING will most DEFINATELY show your teeth much more than SMILING will! It's so sad that surely you probably never go out to enjoy a dinner in a nice public Resturaunt, for fear of eating in public will show your teeth. You must never eat at family gatherings, like Family Reunions, or go on picnics with others, like friends or family, or just eating out in general.

ReplyDeleteRaven, you should never let anyone get you down like that. Of course, not everyone will believe you, that is to be expected. What really matters is what you yourself think and feel. Everyone has their own opinions and ideas so please do not get discouraged by what others say. This advice is not only in regards to this discussion here but to anything in your life. Don't let the thoughts and opinions of others have so much pwer over you and how you feel about things.

Raven, I hope that no one is ever truly mean to you; I'm not sure how you would react. You're not being attacked. You're clearly a child/young adult who's playing on the internet, pretending to be a vampire. No harm done, but, just because we're choosing not to humor you, doesn't mean that we're attacking you. No one has been anything but reasonably polite.
ReplyDeleteI am 53 and I have seen things. I have known vampires. And if Raven says she has Vampire tendancies, then she does. Those born like this know and are different than Goths. People should educate themselves before they crush someone's spirit for sharing.

ReplyDeleteAbout you being a witch! Were you initiated into a coven? Tell me more about it if you feel like it. I am 44 and I am a wiccan and a White Witch and yes you can be both i was born into it. It runs in our blood. 14 is to young to be a witch but you can be a student, learing herbs, spells, invocation, wiccan and etc unless you were born into it then it all comes to you naturally. I am interested talk to me. Are you a lone apprentice or do you have a mentor. It is very important to have a mentor when you are a student of the arts.

ReplyDeletei myself practice mid-evil spells... but more modern circles. ive been a witch since i found out about Wicca, it was like a magnet 2 my blood. the thrill of when im mixing up herbs or writing a spell is invigorating! i am not alone however, there are 2 others, my age, that share my love. i am looking for a person,... some1 who wouldnt be afraid. but ppl like that are in short supply... this is raven's comment board though & i wont answer any more questions.

ReplyDeleteIf you explain more, we might understand better. Everything you've said describes my mother and she's not a vampire (i'm not joking, that's true). You didn't even mention anything about blood.
I supposedly had curses put on me by people who claimed to practice voodoo in the island of Trinidad, and you know what after my life just got better! I really am sorry, but I don't believe that you're a vampire!

What makes you a vampire?
As some other people mentioned, the qualities you possess as stated in your initial post are relatively common. Here's why I say this:
-I am of a light brown skin tone;
-I had VERY sharp upper and lower canine teeth that were longer than it seemed they should have been, as well as sharp points on the 1st and 2nd Molars, both upper and lower jaws.. Up until I turned about 23, the sharp points had worn down considerably (in my martial arts classes all throughout my younger-then-into-adult-life, I was nicknamed the "Snake" because my upper canines were noticeable - I seemed to have fangs - and I moved slowly, accurately, and struck suddenly haha I always disliked that nickname though);
-My eyes include a dark green ring around the brown iris, which changes to a lighter green with a lighter brown iris sometimes (I don't know why they change color; never paid attention as to why - though I know crying and anger lightens them a bit);
-I like the taste of blood, and I could see how the psychological aspect of drinking it could become quite the fixation;
-I have had the archetype of the Vampire in my psyche as far back as I can remember, which extends into very early childhood (around 3 or 4).
-by "catch a glaze" I assume you mean you catch gazes from people all the time? I will humbly tell you that so do I.
I'm curious as to what makes you a vampire. Please do tell.

TBH from your lack of story i have to say Baby Rachel's description sounded more mature and older than your's and your suposed to be a 15 year old vampire? how old is that btw? 1500 years? Im sure you have more similaritys to a vampire (whatever they may be) but from the discription and story you have given us...well i mean com'on even you havew to admit you sound like a little girl messing around on the computer. So from This Article i have to agree with Baby Rachel and they're isn't any REAL evidence. oh and if you are making it up...couldn't you have done it a little better? i mean i am 14 year old and my grammer and poise is more elegant than a 15 year 'Vampire's' Shou'dnt you. If born in a different time. Wouldnt your speach be different?
