Ghost Lady On The Pier

I had always heard that Canoodon was haunted, but I had never been certain of ghosts until that night.

Me and a few friends were on the beach at Canoodon. We had been there most of the day sun bathing and running about. Later on some of the adults came with the dog and the younger kids. It was almost completely dark but we were still running around trying to balance on the big pipes that lead to the sea.

That was when we saw it, in the dark sky the clouds looked like writing and said something like "see you at..." It was a long time ago and I cant remember where we were going there the next day. Then a long way out on the decking there was sort of pier and an out-line of an Elizabethan lady it was all white and sort of faintly glowing. All my friends and I saw it and spoke about it then but have never since, there was something about the beach that day that made us not want to recall this moment.

I have never doubted the presence of ghosts since then, however I have only ever thought I had seen one since, a ghostly white figure sweeping quickly past my window. I told my mum about this and she explained it as a barn owl or something but my dad just said it was my imagination.

Ongoing Paranormal Experiences

For the longest time I've had things happen that couldn't be explained. My brothers have had their own when we were younger as well.

I am currently having spiritual activity going on. I have contacted a group to come out and  investigate and bless my home again. The things happening are, walking around out in my kitchen (heavy footsteps), sound of a fist hitting my computer desk, things turning up missing, seeing things out of the corner of my eye.

I had slept out on the couch one night and I awoke to a hand smacking the other side of the arm rest on the couch. My head was leaning on it. I have things that come off of my shelves and break on the floor. My knick knacks that were placed far back on the shelf. If it wasn't broke, then it would be out in the middle of my kitchen floor.

My bedroom is very uncomfortable, as if something is lurking in there. I had my mom come over and she experienced the same desk hitting and she also got woke up to the sound of something hitting the wall behind her, like something was thrown. She won't come back to stay the night.

I won't go near a Ouija board, they are not toys by any means. I am a firm believer in God. The only problem is that I don't get much sleep at night. I have always had experiences and it seems like the darn things love to pick on me! hahaaha... yes, the only thing to do is keep my faith, sanity, and sense of humor.

My youngest boy has recently heard the same incident that I have. We both had heard a knocking on the door. He wasn't far from it and went running to it, telling them to come in. Nothing was there. He stepped out onto the deck and looked all around and nobody around. This was at one in the afternoon. My oldest had no experiences.

Shadow Ghost In My Room

Once, when I was eight, six years ago, I was a sleep and I woke up because it was cold. I leaned over the bed to get my quilt when I felt a presence and I turned slightly to the right and I saw a shadow fly across the wall and into the opposite wall.

I flew backwards on my bed and squeezed my eyes shut. I peeked a little and saw it hanging over me. I couldn't define its face except that it was blurry and I could hear breathing above me.

I laid there for a couple of minutes  and then I felt it float over my leg and it was like drowning in a bucket of ice cold water. As soon as I knew it was gone I turned over and scrambled off the bed and nearly smooshed my sister in my mad frenzy to escape.

I ran out of the room and to my mom screaming and she was like "what? What is it?" I broke down telling her about the ghost in my room and she just looked at me kinda funny and said, "honey it was just a figment of your imagination." I knew that protesting wasn't going to work so I said, "mom can I sleep with you ?"

To this day I never ever sleep without my blankets over my head just because I think that a ghost might take control of my body.
