Ghosts Spirits and Energy

I am a 54 year old male. Just last night at work, I work 3rd shift, I was telling 2 female co-workers there is no such thing as ghosts. Today I was hiking with 2 friends. I was deep into the woods, climbing a big hill.

All of a sudden, some sort of energy rushed past me. I heard what sounded like running footsteps, and I saw some sort of light pass quickly by me simultaneously with the footsteps. It felt like something large had just rushed by me.

There is no logical explanation for this, neither of my friends noticed anything. I don't know what to think. Any advice would be appreciated.
